Specialized Projects: Our Core Strength

Alioth Forwarding specializes in coordinating high-complexity transport projects that involve multiple stakeholders, including both commercial and governmental entities.

One of our major operations includes the transport of F-16 aircraft to the Military Aviation Works No. 2 (WZL-2) in Bydgoszcz, Poland. This is part of a U.S. Air Force project executed under contract by AAR Government Services Inc., involving coordination with U.S. and Polish Air Forces. The aircraft undergoes a Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) at the WZL-2 facility.

As the primary logistics provider for this contract, Alioth Forwarding combines technical know-how and shipping expertise to ensure flawless execution.

Support for Ukraine

Alioth Forwarding continues to deliver aid shipments to Ukraine in cooperation with the Ukrainian World Congress (UWC) and other humanitarian organizations. We also provide logistics for the U.S. Department of State, delivering supplies—including medical equipment—to the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine.

We specialize in small-scale special projects that require custom logistics solutions, integrating fragmented resources across shipping, insurance, and customs to create affordable, efficient delivery frameworks.

Strategic Cooperation with Compass Forwarding

Alioth Forwarding Sp. z o.o. and U.S.-based Compass Forwarding Co. Inc. have signed a cooperation agreement to offer door-to-door delivery solutions for commercial and government clients in Poland, the U.S., and beyond.

Compass Forwarding is a long-standing leader in defense logistics, serving both Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) clients since the 1950s. Our partnership enables fast and secure deliveries and has already resulted in joint contracts, including humanitarian missions.

Deliveries for AAR Government Services

Alioth Forwarding manages the delivery of equipment, gear, and spare parts for AAR Government Services in support of U.S. Air Force F-16 aircraft maintenance.

Operations are conducted at WZL-2 and in cooperation with Alioth Projects, another Alioth Group company. We provide full door-to-door military transport, including customs clearance compliant with NATO and EU regulations.

International Air Freight Services

On July 27, 2022, a consortium consisting of Alioth Forwarding Sp. z o.o., Alioth Logistics Sp. z o.o., and CEVA Freight Poland Sp. z o.o. signed a framework agreement with the 2nd Regional Logistics Base for the provision of international air freight services.
