Privacy Policy
I. General provisions
- The Privacy Policy defines how Users' personal data necessary for the provision of electronic services via the website www.alioth.group.pl (hereinafter: the Website) is collected, processed, and stored.
- The Website collects only the personal data necessary for the provision and development of the services offered therein.
- Personal data collected via the Website is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter GDPR), as well as the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.
II. Collection of Personal Data

III. Use of Personal Data
- Personal data is used for the purpose of:
- communicating with the User (live chat, contact form, etc.)
- sending the newsletter (upon the User's consent to receive it),
- promoting the Controller's offer,
- marketing, remarketing, affiliation,
- personalizing the Website for Users,
- analytical and statistical activities.
- Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to use the Website’s functionalities.
IV. Types of Processed Personal Data
The Controller may process the User’s personal data: first and last name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and tax identification number (NIP).
V. Retention Period for Personal Data
Users’ personal data will be processed for the following periods:
- if the legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract – until the expiration of claims after its execution,
- if the legal basis is consent – until it is withdrawn, and after withdrawal, until the expiration of claims.
In both cases, the statute of limitations is 6 years, and for claims related to periodic benefits and business activities – 3 years (unless otherwise specified by special regulations).
VI. Sharing of Personal Data
- Users’ personal data may be shared with: entities affiliated with the Controller, its subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Controller such as electronic payment service providers, courier/postal service companies, and law firms.
- Users’ personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
VII. Users’ Rights
- The User of the Website has the right to: access their personal data, rectify it, delete it, restrict processing, transfer data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).
- Requests to exercise the above rights should be sent to:
- The Controller will fulfill or refuse the request without undue delay – no later than within one month of its receipt.
- The User has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing of their data violates their rights and freedoms under the GDPR.
VIII. Cookies
- The Website collects information using cookies – session cookies, persistent cookies, and third-party cookies.
- Collecting cookies supports the proper provision of services on the Website and is used for statistical purposes.
- The User may define the scope of cookies’ access to their device in their browser settings.
IX. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
- Users’ data will not be processed in an automated manner that would result in any decisions being made about them.
- Users’ data may be subject to profiling for content customization and offer personalization, upon their consent.
X. Final Provisions
- The Controller has the right to introduce changes to the Privacy Policy, provided that the Users’ rights are not limited.
- Information about introduced changes will be made available in the form of a notice on the Website.
- In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and Polish law shall apply.
